Who we are

Giving people a place to learn, share, and decide how AI shapes their lives

The Massachusetts AI Action Network (MAIAN) brings people and organizations across Massachusetts together to actively shape how AI affects their lives and communities. Through coalition building, grassroots organizing, public education, and engagement with policymakers, our goal is to turn public concerns about AI into collective action to benefit societal well-being and prevent harm.

Call In for AI Safety

Bringing AI policy into public spaces to educate and give people a practical way to make their voices heard.

Our interactive phone booth campaign helped people learn about AI safety and call their legislators, generating over 2,000 conversations and 300+ calls.

Led by MAIAN, with creative production by Creatives for Collective Action and support from the Future of Life Institute.
